Education

Rodrigo graduated from the prestigious Chemical Engineering program at the University of Minnesota. Upon his graduation in 2005, Rodrigo was named the University of Minnesota Institute of Technology Student of the Year.

Rodrigo received his DPhil (PhD) from the University of Oxford in 2010. He was awarded the VenCapĀ® Scholarship in Biomedical Engineering and Commercial Entrepreneurship to support his research in the field of nanotechnology and cell interaction.

He also authored several scientific publications in the areas of nanomaterials and chemotaxis, and led multidisciplinary research within the Engineering Science, Material Science and Plant Science departments at Oxford.
